Damian Baetens

Damian has worked for over 10 years within the creative industries and business enterprise sector. As an artist manager he has represented artists signed to Sony BMG, EMI and BMG Publishing and worked as part of a marketing consultancy for artists like Simply Red and Sting. During this period he also established a music synchronisation business and successfully placed tracks in British films, international computer games and a range of adverting campaigns. As a result of this his company had its own sub-publishing deal and collected revenue worldwide for its writers.

Damian is now the Business Development Director at Generator where he is responsible for creating and implementing a 3 year ERDF business support programme.
