The founders of peer-to-peer file-sharing site The Pirate Bay have lost an appeal against conviction for copyright theft and are now facing huge fines and jail sentences.The four founders of the notorious website, Peter Sunde, Fredrik Neij, Gottfrid Svartholm Warg and Carl Lundstrom were appealing an initial ruling made in April 2009 .
