The organisers of Live UK Summit, a conference focusing on networking within the live music industry have announced details of their various events this year.
The Summit will happen on 6th-7th October at the Radisson Blu Portman Hotel in London's West End. Events include a Thames Riverboat cruise and an awards ceremony that will celebrate key figures in the UK’s live music industry, with delegates from festivals, promotion companies, venues and booking agencies set to attend.
Executive Producer Steve Parker said in a statement: "As the live industry seems to be weathering the economic downturn with a combination of caution and its usual enthusiasm for making things happen, we decided to shake up the whole event this year, with new production, set changes and the launch of the awards”.
