Live UnLtd offer £2K to young people for new business ventures

Posted in gen2012, News by Generator on Monday 10th of May 2010

Live UnLtd is a new lottery funded project offering young British entrepreneurs the chance to bid for funding to get their business aspirations off the ground.

The format is similar to popular TV show Dragon’s Den, in which aspiring entrepreneurs pitch their business ideas to successful executives and will offer young people an opportunity to put their creative ideas forward in a bid for cash and professional expertise.

The service launched in London on April 28th with a live show from Mystery Jets, revealing that anyone aged 11-25 years can apply for up to £2000 to facilitate their proposals. Successful candidates for the scheme will also receive non-financial professional development help from a designated development manager in their region.

To find out more and to apply, go to the Live UnLtd website.
