Haddon reportedly jumped from a satellite communications mast situated in the artists parking area following the band’s afternoon performance.

London based electronic act Ou Est Le Swimming Pool released their debut single ‘Dance the way I feel’ in September 2009, going on to support La Roux on a national UK tour.

The band also performed at this year’s Evolution festival in NewcastleGateshead.

The organisers of Pukkelpop issued a statement on their website saying: "After performing with his band Ou Est Le Swimming Pool, singer Charles Haddon decided to take his own life. Our thoughts and sympathies go out to his family and friends".
