Indie Idle, the annual unsigned artist competition held as part of the Camden Crawl music event is now open for submissions.

Artists can enter the contest via the website and the deadline is 28th Feb.

Following the closing date, an industry panel then shortlist 30 entries from across various genres and the list will be opened to a public vote which will reduce it down to ten finalists.

The final ten will compete in front of a live audience and a panel of selected judges at the Camden Crawl, scheduled to take place at various venues across London on 24th and 25th of April.

Winners and runners up are announced on the last day of the festival. The successful act will earn a day's recording at a London recording studio, single mastering and the manufacture of 500 7" singles, in addition to their live slots at the festival.
