Recently reformed American Indie legends Pavement were recently confirmed to curate and headline the second of All Tomorrows Parties (ATP) festivals at Butlins in Minehead next year. It is currently their only scheduled live UK show of the reunion.
The band are involved in the second of ATP's UK festivals next year in May, taking place from 14th- 16th May 2010 at Butlin's Holiday Centre, Minehead.
At the event, which began in 2000, a chosen curator from the world of music or art selects their favourite artists and bands in an attempt to create a live mix tape kind of feel to the event.
Previous curators include Sonic Youth, Visual Artist and creator of ‘The Simpsons’ Matt Groening (who will curate the festival for a second time during the first ATP weekend next year from from May 7th-9th, also in Minehead), Nick Cave, Mogwai and the ATP fans attending the event.
