Liverpool Sound City (LSC), has teamed up with BandApp and artists can now apply to play at next year’s event.
Taking place from 2-4 May in 2013, LSC will once again bring a series of gigs and conferences to various venues across the City.
Referring to BandApp, a statement on the LSC website says: “This is a great tool for musicians to promote themselves and we are excited that every artist and band that applies to play Liverpool Sound City 2013 will be getting this great asset in their arsenal - and all for free - a little thank you from us for applying”.
The likes of Florence and the Machine, Mumford and Sons and Alt-J all played early shows at the event. To find out more about the submission process go here and go here for Generator’s ‘Scouse by Scouse West’ report on our involvement and experience of this year’s event.
