Tuning in to Transmission

The Transmission events recently promoted by Generator in Newcastle caused quite a storm, with BBC 6 Music’s Tom Robinson writing an in-depth blog review of the afternoon event.

Transmission- the NEw Wave, which took place on Saturday 4 September at the Discovery Museum and The Other Rooms in Newcastle was a hugely successful showcase of emerging regional talent featuring performances from the hottest new acts from across the North East.

During the afternoon event at the Discovery Museum, there was also a guest panel featuring Tom Robinson alongside BBC Tees’s Bob Fisher and The Chapman Family’s Kingsley Chapman (all pictured).
