Tyneside based Amazing Media Group are set to expand globally, announcing plans to set up radio stations in Brazil, Japan and the US as a platform to promote artists from the North East and further afield.The Company’s DAB station ‘Amazing Radio’, based in Gateshead exclusively plays music from unsigned and emerging artists, with playlists selected by listeners.

Epic sounding North East act Detroit Social Club (DSC) have scored a major coup by having some of their songs synced to major events during the forthcoming football season, which kicks off this weekend.The band announced that recent single ‘Northern Man’ is to be played as in-show sync music for Premier League football games shown on Sky Sports this season.
