Generator CEO Jim Mawdsley (pictured) has written the first of several campaign papers published by the Music Development Association (MDA). This series of documents aims to address important issues and future strategies relating to the growth and sustainability of the Music Industry in the UK.

Industry trade organisation UK Music has announced the ten key players in their Leadership Development Network, including Generator CEO Jim Mawdsley.The umbrella trade body have put together the network with an aim to "provide strategy and support to the music community". The initiative is funded by the Arts and Skills Council and will aim to provide cross-sector support for music businesses throughout the UK.
