In response to the success of the previous Compact Workshops, the final workshop will focus on music management - ideal for new managers and DIY artists looking to represent themselves. This will be held in Newcastle and we urge potential managers to register their interest as soon as possible.
Music Management & Artist Representation
This workshop will look at the responsibilities of artist management within the music industry and their central role within the supply chain. It will examine the practical aspects of managing both products and artists and also look at the contracts and agreements that frame these relationships.

These courses are free to attend but will be restricted to 12 people per unit so please register interest as soon as possible. This is a one off opportunity for music businesses in the region and the workshops are targeted at record labels, music managers, live promoters, DIY bands and other music businesses.
